The very first place to start is with your home's value. For qualifying properties, I include professional photography packages to be used for the listing photos.

Once your listing goes live on the market, I will automatically enroll it in digital advertising through 3rd party vendors and will keep in close contact with you regarding the market activity and interest demonstrated both by the advertisement(s) and MLS activity.

As offers come in, I will break down the details and any special requests for you as well as do an estimate of final funds on each. I will ensure you understand fully what you are being asked for and how that will affect you. When you have accepted a contract, I will provide you a milestones log to keep track of progress and you reminded of all significant dates. If you are not planning to be present at closing, your papers can be signed remotely with a notary or you can assign a power-of-attorney to someone local to sign on your behalf.
