Hi there!! I'm Carol!
I am a Realtor in the greater Hinesville and Savannah areas of Coastal GA.
I started my career back when the market heavily favored buyers, worked it through the covid/post-covid years of a strong seller's market, and am still here now as we are watching yet another "new market" unfold before us that still hasn't quite settled in either sides favor. Having been licensed and active through those markets has given me a great understanding of the ups and downs of the shifts, and how each affects my clients and the best way to make offers and negotiate. I am well experienced working with single family, condos, townhomes, mobile homes, land, foreclosures, and investment properties. I am well versed in both cash and financed purchases, and work closely with a lender to get your more advanced loan questions answered accurately.
I originally moved to Hinesville in the early 2000's as an Army Wife with my (now) Veteran husband. Day by day the area grew on us and it wound up becoming our forever. After a decade of military life, I understand the stresses and demands of being a military family wholly. I know first hand that buying a home isn’t only about the market today but also what that investment will look like in the long-term.
